Pure Form is the trading name of Edgetech Limited (“Pure Form”/ “Edgetech” / “we”/ “us” / “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting your (“you” and “your” refer to the individual enquiring / using our services) privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how your personal data is collected, processed and disclosed.

For the purposes of the The Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017, (“Data Protection Legislation”), and in respect to visitors to www.pureform.gg, the data controller is Edgetech Limited, a company registered in Guernsey and whose postal address is: PO Box 40, Envoy House, St Peter Port, Guernsey.

Collecting your data

Sources of personal information about you

There are a number of ways in which we receive personal information from you:

  • Requests from you for information on our services, either in person, over the phone, by text message, by post
  • Bookings data provided by you via booking forms, medical forms (including any attachments you choose to provide), verbally in person, over the phone, by text message, by post
  • Requests from you to change course dates either in person, by post, over the phone or by text
  • Payment information when you pay for services via BACS
  • Information generated about you/provided by you when you use our services, and website.

What kind of personal information we collect: 

Data collected when you enquire about our services

  • Records of your contact with us (date, time).
  • Personal and contact details including first name, surname, postal address and phone number.
  • Details of which service(s) might be of interest to you
  • Details of any call back / follow up expected (e.g. to expect a booking form and medical form)

Data collected when you complete a booking form and medical form

  • Personal and contact details including first name, surname, email address and phone number.
  • Confirmation that you are over 18 years of age.
  • Medical data which you have provided us with on medical form(s) for the purpose of Pure Form delivering its services to you, including details of any modifications to exercises required
  • Purchase information– including any Pure Form services/products you are currently consuming and/or have purchased from us in the past.

Data collected when you pay for our services

  • The BACS payment data when you pay, which will appear on our bank statements.
  • Records that you have paid for the course/any outstanding amounts still owed.

It is important to note that when paying by BACS your personal information will also be collected by third party payment processors directly, and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, third parties’ collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information. No financial data is held on you other than the BACS payment data on our bank statements

Data collected when you attend our courses

  • Attendance information: such as dates and times attended in the form of a class register, details of exercises completed, details of any additional modifications in class / in future classes (i.e. replacement exercises).
  • Details of any accidents you will be asked to complete the Pure Form accident book and the venue’s accident book (you will also be asked to complete the Pure Form accident book if requesting a plaster for a pre-existing cut to confirm that no accident has occurred). 
  • Details of any safeguarding concerns / indicators.
  • Requests for rescheduled course dates.
  • Details that a new medical form is expected.
  • We collect medical data in order to provide a safe service to you.  This is 'special category data' under the Data
  • Protection Legislation, and we will only process this with your explicit consent.  If you do not provide it we may not be able to provide a safe service.

Cookies 

Our website www.pureform.gg uses some anonymous performance cookies (“essential cookies”). By using or continuing to use the website, you are agreeing to these essential cookies being used.

These cookies, which are stored on your device, expire after 365 days and no personal data is retained.

Your internet browser enables you to delete or block Cookies, you can delete these essential cookies if you so wish.

  • To modify exercises in line with the guidance from your medical practitioners, as detailed on your medical form
  • Administer and manage the product or service you have with us.

  • To understand your interest in a future course (for example adding you to a waitlist)
  • To monitor and keep records of our interactions with you and Pure Form.
  • To provide you with updates / changes on the services that you have booked with us, for example a date change due to unforeseen circumstances
  • To monitor whether you have paid for courses / products / services

Where it is in our legitimate interests to do so, such as:

  • For management of business operations.
  • For market research and analysis.
  • To develop new products and services and review/improve current products and services.
  • To comply with our insurance obligations
  • To comply with our legal obligations:
  • To understand any injuries, illnesses or medical conditions you may have to ensure that our services are suitable to your needs
  • To ensure your health and safety in the use of our services and products.
  • To comply with health and safety legislation
  • To report accidents to the relevant authorities
  • To maintain log of accidents and to comply with the venues need for accident information
  • To comply with safeguarding legislation
  • To assist in any police investigations

  • You have given clear consent for us to process your data for a specific purpose.

Pure Form do not make decisions about you based on automated processing of your personal data.

We may share your personal data with the parties set out below:

  • Service providers, such as venue providers.
  • Professional advisers including lawyers, accountants, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.

Other than the disclosures referred to in this policy, we will not disclose any personal information without your permission unless we are legally entitled or obliged to do so (for example, if required to do so by Court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime) or for fraud and security monitoring purposes, for example, to detect and prevent cyberattacks or attempts to commit identity theft.

We will retain your information for as long as we have reasonable business needs and in line with legal and regulatory requirements or guidance.

Your rights

In limited circumstances we may approach you for your written consent to allow us to process certain particularly sensitive data or to use data for another purpose. Where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. To withdraw your consent, please contact us. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes you originally agreed to, unless we have another legitimate basis for doing so in law.

Marketing preferences and how to change them

There are several types of text messages that you can receive from us, ranging from the confirmation that you’ve booked a class and requesting payment, changes to classes (i.e. due to sickness), to the details of upcoming courses.

You can opt in or out of them, but to allow us to offer you the best possible service, it helps if you’re opted in to them.

These can be opted into on the booking form, you can also subsequently opt out in writing, by contacting Pure Form at: PO Box 40, Envoy House, St Peter Port, Guernsey including “opt out – marketing” in your subject line

You’ll only ever receive these messages if you have opted in.

Booking confirmations, reminders and schedule changes such as:

  • Group class or one to one booking confirmations.
  • Changes that you’ve requested are made, or asked to be made.
